Insurance

It is our goal to provide our patients with the best and affordable therapy services possible. We are providers for most insurances, including HMO’s, PPO’s, and commercial carriers. We will bill the family’s insurance for therapy services. Our reimbursement staff will assist the doctor’s office in obtaining any necessary precertification and/or authorizations needed prior to the initiation of therapy services. We will verify each patient’s insurance benefits specific to therapy, and will explain these benefits to each family. We request that all copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and any other fees that are not covered by insurance be paid at the time of service.

County/State Funding

Theraplay is a provider for many county and state funded programs. A child may be eligible for reimbursement of therapy services through their county and state. Theraplay will work with each family to determine if this is a reimbursement option for them, and if so, work with the county/state to obtain such reimbursement.

Private Pay

For patients that do not have insurance coverage for therapy services, we offer reasonable rates for individual therapy, or will assist the family in exploring other therapy options (i.e.: therapy groups, adapted fitness programs, etc.)
